Présentation de Laetitia

Hello, I lead multi-cultural teams to explore and develop value-adding projects. I’m fond of technology matters and love help people grow their capabilities. My strengths are a solid R&D background, big network (inside & outside France), leadership, love “humans” interactions, creative & innovative, active listener, learning fast, flexibility, dare leading and deciding. In my current role for the Technology Center, my mission is to federate R&D teams, facilitate relationships between teams (~2000 engineers), develop their competences (technical & soft skills), create technical projects within Nokia locations but also with schools & universities from the local ecosystem. This, to create a common identity & culture leading to performance. I'm also in charge of defining ambitions & vision on a per year basis. Once defined, share it with teams, get buy-in from them and Nokia leaders the execute the plan. Exciting!! Passionate by coding i've started working as software designer then rapidely moved to software architecture and more transversal roles followed by leading design teams, be technical lead & referents on several project to finally take over of projects heading and project office.
