Hi, I work in the Healthcare industry for the leading vendor of Radiotherapy (cancer treatment using radiation). Here I lead a small team of product manager handling some key functionalities of our Oncology Information System (Electronic Medical Record). As product management our role is to: - establish a product roadmap - define content of a release - manage post market activities (complaints, defects, product improvement request,...) - visit customers, present them new features, releases. Get feedback - Manage cross functional teams (engineering, testers, service, sales, marketing etc) - Support sales as required I started my career as a software service engineering doing installation and support of our software products. After 5 years I moved to the marketing as project manager and 2 years later I became a product manager.
