Présentation de Fabrice

Hi, I am currently a Quality Performance Advisor, learning new tools, methodologies in bringing support to internal transformation projects in EP and in new businesses (renewables). I am acting as "general affair secretary" for the Division and "coach" supporting executive Codir teams in their transformation projects. Within Total , I started on the rig site "to learn the job" : 8 years in operations geology (from well site geologist to manager) in Oman, Venezuela, Bolivia, Iran, Angola; transferred for 2 years in exploration team as geologist in Angola, and then moving to reservoir geology (once oil & gas is discovered), then expatriated as geophysics / geology manager in Qatar (4y), then appointed Geosciences manager for an Uganda project (2y), then appointed Geosciences manager in charge of following Americas assets for Total, and digging into Reserves estimates, as per SEC rules.
