Hello, I am managing the largest Oxygen production site in the world for a multinational company (AIR LIQUIDE). We are committed to provide the best customer experience to our unique off-taker while ensuring a fantastic employee experience to our collaborators. Our project is not only aiming to improve the safety, reliability and quality of our supplies but also to reduce the CO2 emissions by 30% to 40% in 2030 My daily responsibility are : - Making sure that each employee is back safe to home everyday - Ensure a reliable supply to our customer - Managing a team of 250 employees - Developing project to reduce our CO2 emissions and helping our customer to do so - Deliver the financial commitment of the company Starting as a process engineer in 1995 within the engineering division of Air Liquide, I moved to China as technical director of our engineering office in Hangzhou in 2002. In 2009, I was promoted General Manager of our engineering office in Japan before taking the global responsibilities of our Chinese engineering office in China. In 2015, I became Vice President for all the engineering activities of Air Liquide Group in Asia. From 2018 to 2020, I was Vice President Global Operations for Air Liquide Engineering managing a portfolio of 2 bEuro projects located in 5 continents.
