Hi, In one sentence my job is to make customers happy on a cloud-based software called SAP SuccessFactors that helps companies manage their Human Resource processes (often referred to as a Talent Management solution). I work in what the tech world calls "Professional Services": I have expertise in a specific area of SAP SuccessFactors called Compensation that allows companies to run the annual salary review, equity planning and bonus calculation processes (which can be quite complex). The main parts of my job are the following : ✓ I implement the Compensation module for new or existing customers (from design workshops to final delivery). ✓ I provide expertise to customers and partner companies of SAP on Compensation topics. ✓ I manage expertise ensuring business critical and innovative results. I started at a partner company of SAP SuccessFactors in France called Arago Consulting then was hired by SAP SuccessFactors in Paris and transferred nine months later to SAP America as part of an intra company transfer visa (L-1).
