Hello, I serve as People & Organisation Director, responsible for designing and scaling the architecture of komoot as an organization, to attract, find and retain the best talent As a Director of Talent, I am responsible for: -Working closely with founders to align top-level and People strategies -Leading my squad -Identifying and updating Objectives and Key Results. -lead and design all People Operation functions (entire applicant-candidate-employee experience) I have had an unconventional career path. I studied Theatre, Communication, and Languages before focusing on Talent first in Europe, then globally including the United States.
