Hello, I am a Senior Product Owner at Swisscom, managing the Public Cloud Managed Service product within the Enterprise Customer entity of Swisscom IT department. My duties include: - meeting with sales/pre-sales to understand customer needs - developing and prioritizing product roadmap based on customer and marker insights - managing developer team jobs assignment in an Agile Setup in collaboration with Scrum Master - acting as a developer part-time - acting as a pre-sales and solution builder I joined Swisscom in 2016 as a SharePoint Engineer and later on was acting as a Senior Application Engineer.
