I am a PhD educated Senior Product Developer with extensive experience in delivering new products to the food and drink industry through a great understanding of processes and project management, within time and budget constraints, based in Edinburgh, Scotland.
I am responsible for managing development projects in the food industry, by working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high quality project outcomes.
I pride myself on being meticulous in providing technical expertise and organisation at all stages of the project lifecycle to ensure delivery of outcomes and benefits related to the project and ultimately, the organisation’s strategic objectives.
After studying a MSc in Plant Biology and Chemistry in Lyon 1 (France),, I moved to Scotland where I worked for a research institute and gained a PhD in Biochemistry. Subsequently I used and applied my research background and my scientific mindset to various roles in the food and drink industry, primarily focusing in product development and sensory science.
