Hi, I am working at Aliaxis as a Senior Analyst in the Global Strategy team. My role is to functions and regions in solving challenges and finding growth opportunities. Previously, I was part of the Corporate Venture Capital arm of Aliaxis for two years, looking at startups and innovative companies trying to solve water-challenges for a potential partnership or minority investment. Before that, I was within the M&A team at KPMG Belgium for three years, where I have been involved in sell-side processes and strategy projects for which I analysed, reported and advised clients from different industries on the following topics: financials, business plan reviews, valuations, operational strategy, post-acquisition integration initiatives and market and industry analysis.
