Hi! I am Camille, I currently leading a program to implement a Lean Agile portfolio management under the scaled agile (SAFe) framework for automation software products in Merck Life Science. I serve as Lean-Agile coach and program manager, responsible for new tools and trainings as well as process improvement to ensure the best Lean-Agile portfolio management. During my studies at IESEG School of Management in International business, I had some experiences abroad as an exchange student and for diverse internships from artisanal shops and start-ups to large size international companies. From the end of my studies I dived straight into the IT project management as functional project manager.
