Présentation de Camille

Hi! I am Camille, I currently leading a program to implement an Operational Excellence framework and enable global transformation in Sunstar (GUM) consumer business unit. I serve as program manager, responsible for process improvements and trainings as well as change management around global transformations. During my studies at IESEG School of Management in International business, I had some experiences abroad as an exchange student and for diverse internships from artisanal shops and start-ups to large size international companies. From the end of my studies I dived straight into the IT project management as functional project manager. I progressed in that field, gaining experience in Lean, Agile, portfolio and people management. I can tell you about Operational Excellence, Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, project program people management, trainings.
