Hello, After 22 rewarding years in Africa, I set sail to South America with an original return to France : French Guiana. I am now managing the Digicel Antilles Françaises Guyane operations, based in Cayenne, heading a professional team in sales & distribution, with the largest network of outlets in the territory. My name is Herve Cloarec, I help people meet and exceed their goals. Highly experienced sales professional, with proven history of business development success in African telecommunications. I started my career in South Africa after my Global BBA at ESSEC and came back to France afterwards, where I spent 10 years developing export markets for French tech companies in Europe, Middle East and South East Asia. In 2000, I had the opportunity to move back to South Africa and I never looked back since: I have been living, loving and working in Africa since then, growing my skills and my network, gaining and increasing sales responsibilities in South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia and currently in the Democratic Republic of Congo. I have worked in IT networking with Cisco, managed services with Orange Business Services, medical services with International SOS, satellite communications with SES and iDirect, and now with the first and foremost pan-African IT & Communication leader, present in 14 African countries.
