Hello, I design digital B2B Saas products, by creating a seamless and efficient user experience so that small/medium-sized business owners can better manage the times/worked hours of employees. - Get insights via user interviews & analyze findings - Understand user behaviors and user adoption by analyzing quantitative data using various tools (amplitude for example) - Build wireframes & onboard stakeholders - Conduct usability testing to validate my hypothesis - Create high fidelity prototype via Figma - Groom the scrum team - Developer handover - Iterate I started out as a graphic designer, working in various fields of design such as packaging, event, typography and editorial design, and web design. I moved to Singapore and there I worked as an art director for a marketing agency for several years. Then I focused on the field of product design, about 3 years ago.
