Hello, I help companies to clarify their strategy and ensure commercial execution while making sure people perform at their best. I am combining my executive business experience as Chief Marketing Officer ( Danaher, Siemens, Abbott ) and my passion for coaching and mentoring, to help executive boards, CEOs, essentially in Start-Ups & SMEs clarify their strategy and implement it. Additionally, as an executive coach and advisor, I help leaders and managers who want to take their individual and professional development and leadership skills to the next level and realize their objectives: promotion, challenging professional environment, career transition, first-time managers, onboarding, female leaders... After a Ph.D in Neurochemistry, I joined key healthcare companies having growing marketing, commercial and management responsibilities on a global base.
