Hello I am currently in charge of driving all the R&D projects to deliver drugs and delivery solutions for Novo Nordisk in the field of Diabetes, obesity, Nash, alzheimer, growth hormone, haemophilia and other therapeutic areas. My daily tasks: .management of the projects portfolio .management of a team of 16 programme managers (managers, directors, VP) who are leading the various programs for clinical trials and commercial launches . Team and individual development . Implementation of best in class processes to raise efficiencies With an electrical engineering background, I started with a 6 month engineering training period in Switzerland. I then decided to stay in Switzerland and have been working 5 years in the semiconductor industry developing and testing circuits for RFID applications. I then worked in several companies such as Medtronic, Heraeus, Nespresso, Merck growing my career in various roles in the field of either Operations or R&D.
