Hi, I am Laetitia and I work as an HR Business partner for Hellofresh in Berlin ! I am working as an HR professional since about 10 years now, with experience in Talent Acquisition, HR generalist as well as HRBP. I am living in Germany with my husband for about 6 years now. Very happy to connect with you !

As an HRBP, my goal is to ensure an amazing candidate and employee experience, while partnering with the business to contribute to people and business successes.

-Work to build solid relationships with business and functional leaders, serving as the main point of contact for HR Generalist support
-Serve as the main HR contact for functional leaders up through Director-level, their teams and interface regularly with members of the Senior Leadership Team
-Be a role model leader and a champion of change, building organizational trust and promoting a positive workplace culture, partnering and communicating regularly leadership on trends.
-Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees regarding employment issues in such areas as policy and procedure interpretation/application, coaching and corrective action, leaves of absence, development plans and terminations.
-Review, interpret, administer and ensure compliance
- Work with leaders to proactively create and maintain workforce staffing plans. Support recruiting efforts in partnership with the Talent Acquisition COE to ensure that competent, diverse, and skilled workers are hired; working to minimize turnover.
- Spearhead initiatives for client groups by developing programs and services to increase employee engagement, retention and job satisfaction.
- Support the performance management process and provide guidance to leaders on their employee reviews and evaluations. Provide training and consultation as necessary.

After 2 years of classe prep in Lyon, I graduated from Grenoble Business School. I started my career in recruiting, working for a project management consultancy for 1 year, and then joined a digital agency. After 2,5 years, I joined HellofreshGO, a start up from HF where I was head of people and culture. I am now with the mother company Hellofresh as an HR Business Partner
