Hello,

I am in charge of orchestrating the business side of the Streetwear and Fashion collaborations of adidas

A big part of my job is project based and dependent of the evolution of the partner strategy of adidas, but some of my recurring task are to:
- Define when, where & how many units of each collaborations are we launching
- Be the link between our local entities and HQ for collaborations to ensure the global strategy makes sense locally and his well implemented
- Orchestrate the Go to market process between the different global teams (communications, product marketing, distribution channels, etc.)
- create the seasonal merchandising strategy to ensure we meet our target

After graduating with my Master in Management & Corporate Finance at IESEG in Lille, I started by 2 internships in investment banking in Luxembourg in risk analysis.
I then moved to Germany to adidas for my end of study internship, in business analysis for the Training business.
I then held various roles in business analysis for the training, outdoor and running business.
After 2 years and a half, I moved to the merchandising team, for the lifestyle business.
I was first working on the market relation side of things for LATAM/Emerging Markets and Russia.
I then transitioned to the collaboration business, where after a year, I expended my scope to all merchandising and go to market planning.
