Hello, I am an international CFO doubling as a freelance executive and team coach. I have over 25 years of experience in several countries (France, Germany, the USA, the UAE) acquired in various companies and industries (Spie-Batignolles, Hewlett-Packard, Johnson & Johnson, Oracle Cerner). I am French and currently based in Erlangen, Germany and am responsible for a business of about 750 M$ of revenue in 25 countries. My main duties as CFO include: * Strategic partnering with countries leadership teams; work on strategic planning, strategy implementation * Lead team of 50+ people, developing and growing people * Commercial support on large transactions (pricing, contract negotiation) * M&A activities, including due diligence, working on transactions, involved in integration of acquired companies * Accounting, financial planning & analysis, cash, external relations with banks, auditors After my studies in France, I started as a cost controller in 1996 on what was then Berlin's second biggest construction site, the construction of the tunnels for U-Bahn, S-Bahn and main road that are now part of Berlin's new main train station. I then joined Hewlett-Packard in Stuttgart as a financial analyst for their Remarketing division. Following this experience, I moved to New York City to do an MBA at Columbia Business School where I graduated in 2004. I then went on to launch my own venture, a wine tasting event company. In 2005, I went back to France and started to work at Johnson & Johnson as a controller for one of their divisions. In 2009, I joined Cerner as a senior finance manager and have been working with that company since then, moving around several times (France, UAE, Germany). In 2019, I also trained and got certified as an executive coach, living my passion for leadership as a freelance coach beside my daily job.
