I'm Camille, originally from France, I had the chance to work abroad for Belgium and Spain. Currently located in Madrid, I am working for an international IT consultancy company, Akkodis. Passionate about sales and talent acqusition domains, I will be very pleased to share my experience on those topics and support you in anyway I can. As Head of Sales Talent Acquisition, I'm responsible for: - Building the talent acquisition strategy at EMEA level for sales population - 11 countries covered (UK-Benelux- Switzerland-Spain-Italy-Portugal-UAE-Qatar-Saudi) - Monitoring the local recruitment activity by implementing global KPIs report & follow up - Optimizing the recruitment process with new way of working and tools - Centralizing the recruitment needs and bring an operational support by maintaining an international sales candidate pool at regional level - Driving transversal projects within the region to raise the bar in our approach and candidate experience International experience of 8 years in full sales cycle management, customer acquisition, key account development, talent acquisition and team lead in large and complex matrix organization. I did work for 5 years as Business Manager, Key Account Manager and Head of Sales department in IT consultancy company. I had to deal with key customers, understand their need and define the best solution in line with their strategy, manage team of sales and IT consultants, and actively participate to the recruitment process on my perimeter.
