Hello
I'm a Product Manager Officer working with different companies, currently I'm working in automotive industry in digital domain.
As a coordinator on complexe projet, my main responsibility is to maintain the smooth running of the projet
- manage the attributed budget
- Negotiate with the service providers
- animate meetings between teams with different background
- present feedback to the top management
- help on decisions making
I started my career as a financial controller. After 2 years I decided to take the digital direction as it was my desire for a long time. I worked on quality insurance before taking the Product Owner role, and today I follow the trend as PMO.
I would be more than happy to tell more about the project management in the digital activity.
