Hi ! My name is Leon Weisheit, I’m an Account Strategist at Google, working in the technology and SaaS sector, helping small and medium-sized businesses in Switzerland drive digital transformation. As an Account Strategist, I partner with a diverse portfolio of Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) to accelerate their growth through high-impact, data-driven advertising strategies. I manage a quarterly portfolio of 55+ clients across multiple industries, overseeing an annual book of business exceeding $5 million and acting as a primary consultant for their digital transformation. My day-to-day responsibilities include: Driving Portfolio Growth: Owning the end-to-end strategic relationship for a high-value client set, delivering against performance metrics by identifying and scaling new revenue opportunities. Strategic Consulting: Using data-driven insights to consult on Google Ads optimizations, aligning client business objectives with advanced marketing solutions to maximize ROI. Market Intelligence: Utilizing data visualization and deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends and white-space opportunities for clients to scale effectively. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining "Trusted Advisor" status with stakeholders, ensuring long-term alignment through regular strategic business reviews. Full-Funnel Optimization: Analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable recommendations on search, display, and video strategies, helping clients achieve both short-term conversions and long-term brand goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with internal product and specialist teams to implement sophisticated technical solutions and beta features tailored to client needs. I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Paderborn in Germany. My studies combined business strategy, marketing, and intercultural management with strong multilingual training in English, French, and Swedish. Professionally, I started my journey in Dublin as a Business Development Associate at Salesforce, where I focused on prospecting and lead qualification for the Swiss market. After strong performance and rapid learning, I transitioned into the Account Executive role, and I am now managing a portfolio of Google Ads clients as Account Strategist at Google.
