Présentation de Mihai

As a Group Head of European Affairs, I am responsible for promoting the company's expertise in the field of public transportation, raising awareness among institutions about the impact of European legislation in various territories and maintaining a constant dialogue with European decision-makers.

In addition to regulatory and legislative matters, I work to foster collaboration between experts and advise executives on the company's global influence strategy related to European public affairs, while also supporting Transdev's European business units in understanding the regulations that impact them.

I have a deep understanding of the mobility industry at both the institutional and market levels, and have worked on a range of issues including corporate social responsibility, ecological transition, energy, rail, innovation, digitalization, data, Mobility as a Service, ticketing, intelligent transportation systems, and autonomous vehicles.

In previous positions, I have served as the EU Expert on digitalization in the public transport sector at the International Association of Public Transport, and held various technical and project management roles in logistics, private mobility, and public transportation.

I have also been involved in the management of large-scale projects at the national and European levels, served on advisory boards, led high-level task forces and working groups on digitalization, data, cybersecurity, and automated mobility, and participated in over 15 high-level working groups organized by the European Commission, United Nations, and OECD.
