I'm a trilingual cross-functional expert with a passion for identifying and cultivating top talent. I thrive in deadline-driven business environments and love finding better opportunities for top talents to support the growth and overall performance of the companies I work for.

As a strategic partner to leadership, I excel in developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies that bring positive experiences to both management and employees. My extensive experience as an HRBP in international environments has allowed me to constantly adapt and conform to foreign laws and practices, covering the entire development management process worldwide in a matrix organization.

When it comes to problem-solving, I can work creatively and analytically to optimize every aspect of the HR and personnel administration process, from talent acquisition and recruitment to performance management, compensation and benefits, and more.

Responsible for designing, delivering and monitoring a recruitment strategy for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Hiring Managers on the business supported:
- test and measurement instruments
- service assurance products and software for telecommunications
- tactical communication solutions
Understand talent landscape, leveraging market insights and recruitment best practices
Handle the recruitment process from A to Z for tech, product, ops, corporate & sales teams
Guarantee the internal consistency and compliance of the HR practices vs the law & regulations, building offer, ensuring alignment to EXFO’s C&B
Manage & oversee the onboarding process (contract and employee file, statement of employment, healthcare affiliation, integration roadmap, probationary period follow-up), handle international transfers or complex onboarding cases (involving immigration, visa, tax, etc.).
Act as Campus Manager by developing the school partnership policy and strategy
Drive proactively recruitment events, organizational evolution
Identify and support process optimization and improvement
Participate to transversal HR projects in close cooperation with the HR teams located in all the EXFO regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC): DE&I policy, brand visibility

Started in a recruitment agency in Shanghai as a Consultant, arrived in Roullier Group to work as an International Recruitment Officer for 2 years and a half to go on an HRBP role for 5 years. I decided to go back to Talent Acquisition in a period of difficult recruitment conditions in a high-tech company: EXFO.
