Hi everyone! I am currently working as Programme Supply Manager for Space Systems Procurement Programmes at Airbus Defence and Space in Toulouse since 2018, undertaking a variety of assignments for large space systems' procurement Programmes, undertaking several assignments within the procurement entity, such as purchasing, negotiations of contracts, bids management and execution of tenders, supporting reviews, managing relations with suppliers and customers across different countries, with the objective to drive innovation and exploit emerging technologies to apply to programmes and projects in the aerospace domain. In particular, my daily tasks include: - Producing, agreeing and supporting the execution of a Procurement Plan - Providing analysis of the schedule and risks trends and report accordingly to Project Manager - Managing multi-disciplinary and multi-site teams during preparation of tenders - Evaluating and aligning workload, personnel planning and Programmes budgets and schedules - Managing the Product Tree and the overall planning from suppliers to customers, ensuring supplier’s deliveries - Leading reviews and reporting project performance to Management, driving consequent improvement actions and contributing to the exchange of information and lessons learnt among stakeholders I have a master degree (5 years full-time) in Computer Science Engineering with specialisation in Robotics and Control Systems from the Univeristy of Naples in Italy. #ProjectSupplyManager #SpaceSystemsProcurementProgrammes #AirbusDefenceAndSpace #Procurement #Purchasing #ContractsNegotiation #BidsManagement #TendersExecution #Innovation #Aerospace #MultiDisciplinaryTeams #ProjectManagement #SupplierDeliveries #ProjectPerformanceManagement
