Hello, my name is Benjamin, I'm 46 years old, and I manage a decentralized and international team overseeing various Business Operation duties across all core European countries of Airbus, with a strong connection to a dedicated Airbus team and subcontracting companies in India. Our responsibilities span internal financial aspects (Budget, Forecast, Headcount) and external functions (Purchase Orders, Invoicing). We possess a robust capability in data analysis and tools to support the management of our extensive industrial setup. Additionally, business support, subcontracting coordination, product lead, and program management drive our main objectives. With over 20 years of experience at Airbus, I have worked in various departments, including engineering, programs, and customer services, primarily in Europe but also in the US, China, and India. Born in Germany, I currently reside in France. My work environment is dynamic and diverse, presenting significant challenges that require specific efforts to align all Airbus sites toward common goals.
