I'm specialised in helping companies (startups, scale-ups or corporation) adopt product management practices either through coaching, operational support or defining their product and organisation strategy. Within my team, I help deliver product management maturity assessments, elaborate recommendations, organise workshops, create documentation, pilot support programs. After working as a product owner for 2 years with a business consulting education, I am now combining both my passion for tech & product with the ability to solve business problems for companies in order to deliver more impactful product and get better collaboration amongst teams.
