Hello, I work at Mantu - an independent global consulting group - as an IT Domain Manager in charge of Finance scope. My job is to oversee the IT systems and solutions that support the financial functions of the organization. I work closely with the Finance Department to understand their needs and requirements, and I collaborate with internal/external IT stakeholders to deliver optimal services. I also manage IT projects and initiatives aimed at improving financial processes, systems, and data. Ensuring the security, reliability, compliance, and scalability of IT financial systems, I lead and mentor the IT Product Team dedicated to Finance, which includes Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Scrum Masters, Developers, and Quality Controllers. Our team defines and prioritizes IT finance product features and roadmap, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. I bring over 15 years of experience in management consulting and project management. My expertise spans business transformation, with a focus on the finance function, reorganization and change management for international groups across diverse sectors such as energy, distribution, luxury, and banking.
