My academic background in education has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding learning and development. I hold a master's degree in Education from the Technical University of Munich, Germany's top-ranked university, where I focused on adult learning theories, instructional design, and curriculum development. This deep understanding of learning principles is essential in designing training programs, developing e-learning materials, and managing talent development projects.

My professional skills are deeply rooted in my experience as a science teacher and project coordinator, where I developed innovative learning scenarios and fostered 21st-century skills. Leveraging learning technology and microlearning, our teams have successfully streamlined talent acquisition processes and improved development programs.
