Hello, I am Akhil Khithani, I am a lawyer with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance, I've had the privilege of working at two renowned organizations. At KPMG, I was part of the Risk Consulting Forensic Investigation team within the Financial Services sector. In this role, I worked on cases related to anti-bribery, corruption, front-running, insider trading, whistle-blower complaints, and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment).

During my time at Tata Communications, I managed complaints received through an anonymous whistleblower channel and led investigations from start to finish, demonstrating my ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.

Currently, I'm pursuing an MSC in Global Business Management at Rennes School of Business, France, with a passion for merging legal expertise with international business strategies. Beyond my career, I enjoy solo travel and chess, which keeps me sharp and focused. I'm equally passionate about giving back to the community and regularly conduct sessions for NGOs to educate women about their legal rights.
