Hi ! My name is Jean-Marc Youkhana Ichard, I am the owner of Uplifting Aviation Ltd, a UK registered company which specialises in buying, selling, financing planes and helicopters for mission critical and to the corporate. I also provide consulting and mentoring services to manufacturers, MROs, Banks, Lessors and Investors. I have been working in the aviationn industry since 1991 and started as aircraft maintenance engineer through a six year apprenticeship. I then moved to the UK in 1997 working for Pratt & Whitney Canada as Customer Support Engineer and then joined the Rolls-Royce model 250 program at H+S Aviation in Portsmouth now StandardAero. I started Uplifting Aviation Ltd in 2002 since then we managed and supported over €1.7 Billlion in aeronautical transactions, my passion is personal development and engineering complex deals. Running deals, putting commercial proposal together, managing my social medias accounts, business development, and countless of unique specifics from financing a helicopter fleet to raising finance for client, through analysis a repair or overhaul project, writing up Purchase Agreement, as well as mentoring my clients and much much more for you to find out. I have a CAP On board instrumentation, CAP Technician in turbomachine plus DMA plus BTS Technico Commercial plus Degree in Marketing - all type rating qualifications on the Rolls-Royce model 250 series and training course with Anthony Robbins and Richard Bantler. Aircraft transaction, engine business all aircraft adn helicopter MRO, financing aircraft, managing aircraft sales and acquisiton, designing and engineering complex asset deals, project running transactions, mentoring, high performance coaching, mindset and resilience, personal development.
