ATS Finance Corporate team inspires and supports AXA IT departments in order to ensure that all stakeholders have access and can efficiently understand all financial aspects of Group IT costs, budgets associated to business as usual or dedicated projects. This team is responsible of the following of monthly reports (Customers’ consumption and billing) and delivers cost calculations for Cloud and Big Data department.

Finance Manager "Clouds Ops - ATS Finance Corporate"
• Setting up of financial process for volume collection, billing and reporting with Products and Operations teams
• Finalizing the preparation of the internal IT volume reporting and associated KPIs
• Providing, in association with the head of finance, the cost projections (per nature, services, technical layers and locations) over year modelling financial for IT products
• Identifying and implementing cost calculation process improvements in order to ensure consistency and sharing best practice
• Working with non-finance team in order help them understand their financial results
• Helping Product teams for pricing setup and benchmark both internally and externally
• Supporting internal clients on the boarding process and support Finance transformation stream
• Building ad hoc analysis and projecting work for the senior management team
