Hello,

As programs manager, my key activities are :

- Plan and Schedule at long term and wide picture accordingly to program goals and strategic vision
- Control Budget including change review and roots causes identification,
- Manage and Coordinate work package to generate overall benefits (for both Customer and Organization) including conflict solving (facilitation)
- Manage Risks and Opportunities including financial valuation
- Recurrently Communicate to all stakeholders (both internal and external),
- Track, Monitor and Reports programs status to Board of Directors and Corporate
