    Here is a description of my job :

    • Leading the Human Resources team, and overseeing the performance of the team members

    • Responsible for HR related activities of Luxembourg or any other international branches of the company

    • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the HR department

    • Ensure compliance with local employment laws (with the support of the legal department or an external legal advisor where needed) and administrative compliance

    • Acting as first point of contact for line managers and management to resolve complex operational issues

    • Acting as contact for providers and local authorities

    • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the HR department

    • Responsible for the main end-to-end processes: new joiner, leaver, maternity, payroll

    • Providing international HR support for the different branches of the company: Hong Kong, France, Amsterdam and any other potential new branches

    • Managing and responsible for the Payroll for Luxembourg and other different branches of the company

    • Participating in HR projects

    • Supporting line managers in their HR related activities

    • Complex reporting

    • Preparing/reviewing documentation: employment contracts, addendum, work certificates, etc.

    • Reviewing and supporting the work of the HR team members, delegate activities.

    • Reporting to senior management to support strategic decisions
