Hello,

Here is a description of my job within the Valuation Department,:

- Calculated and proposed on a quarterly basis the Fair Market Value of Ardian investments in the following expertises: Buyouts, Co-Investments, Mezzanine, Infrastructure, Venture and Real Estate : different methods used (Market Prices, Transactions, Multiples or DCF), in depth review of investments to take into account most recent qualitative & quantitative datas

- Preparation of exit forecasts each semester: estimation of the value of Buyouts/ Co-Investments when Ardian plans to exit: allowed eventually an estimation of funds cash flows

- Followed up the valuation with institutionnal clients, statutory auditors and independent appraisers
