Hello,

Currently, i'm working at CN as Business Process Transformation for Financial Mgt (Payment, Collection and Dispute) then SAP Solution Integrator for Financial Mgt.

I spent 10 years at Accenture Consulting. I have been working in Utilities industry in NA and Europe (Gas & Electricity) for 10 years and I have skills in SAP as SAP IS-U team/test/functional lead, FI-CA and Credit and Collection expert :
1-SAP IS-U 4.7 to 6.05 implementation, upgrade, process optimization (blueprint, build and testing)
2-SAP CRM 4.0 to 7.0 process optimization (testing)
3-SAP FI-CA, SAP Dunning, SAP Credit & Collection, SAP collection workitem, AMI

I also have skills in Customer Services Business Process, Customer Care (Front & Back Office), Case & Exception management, test management.
