Hello, I have started in ALSTOM Transport in 1998, after 7 years spent in a small company (LERC S.A.) dealing with high performance composite materials. I have started in the Purchasing Department, as Key Commodity Manager in charge of brakes supplies for Rolling Stocks in Europe, ordering up to 70 M€ per year. Then in 2002, i have switched to Marketing and Product Management, as Product Director in charge of Metros worldwide; a strong development of the ALSTOM Metropolis® metro range has been achieved during this period, with many tenders won, such as in Budapest (2005). From 2006 to 2014, i'm Sales Manager in France; i have especially been in charge of Rolling Stock tenders for French Railway Operator SNCF, with two major successes: 200 tram-trains in 2007, and 1000 regional trains “Regiolis” in 2009. From 2014 to 2017, i lead the tenders & costs department of the Valenciennes site, where key tenders are secured (i.e. RERNG, Hanoi Metro, Lyon Metro).
