Hello,

Currently, i'm Information Technology Project Manager and my missions are:
- Structuring and management of the registrar's organization and projects department (operations management)
- Definition and implementation of the service development strategy: deployment of tools in SAAS mode.
- Team management Internal (15 people) and external (service providers).
- Training of the work teams for the approval of the delivered applications.
- Administration and follow-up of the registrar's operations : evolutive maintenance of business applications, creation of decision support tools, diagrams and operating procedures
