Currently, i’m Director of Marketing Operations in charge of Customer Success with different missions:
– Online Marketing: Track records for leading digital projects in cross-functional and cross-cultural team work (CRM refunds, websites, app., platforms..): digital strategies, technical files, developer briefings, follow up of UX and graphic developments.
– Offline Marketing: external and internal communication, events and campaign development for leads acquisition and conversion.
