Hello, My name is Valérie. I have over 20 years of experience as Finance Business Partner, project leader of multidisciplinary Group projects in multicultural environment. In a newly set-up entity, I have been in charge of setting-up the team, the monthly reporting as well as budget and reforecast processes. In charge of risks management framework as well as internal controls. I have also led the commercial and financial planning, business controlling, IFRS, Transfer Pricing, foreign exchange exposure management, procurement and supply chain finance. My missions : - Global Executive Coaching of Organizations - collective coaching - Systemic Team Coaching - Managerial training facilitation - based on tooling, peer learning & experimentation I graduated from ESCP Europe. I have spent the last 5 years in Netherlands for Group projects. I am currently following a 12 months certifying program of Global Organizations Executive Coaching in HEC.
