Hello, I would describe myself as a passionate nerd that loves business. With over 20 years of experience in IT and business, I have the passion for building teams, for serving my customers, for innovating and making things better every day. I have worked all my life in international environments and managed long-term relationships with customers and employees. I rely on my strong technical background to build and maintain long-term business relationships with key Clients, always behaving as a trusted advisor. I have an innate tendency to work and think like an entrepreneur, and my entire career is a sequence of new start-ups inside the organisations of my employers: I would define myself as a clear intrapreneur. I love to be ahead of the technology and the management trends and bring them always back to reality to satisfy at best my Clients and focus on their problems. I love the mix of technology, management, company management and people leadership that only a “startup” way of thinking can provide, even inside an established company.
