Hello,
Currently, I'm a Customer Success Manager and my missions are:
- Responsible for the ongoing innovation and success of my customers after their initial deployment (work closely with them to understand their Business Objectives, Critical Success Factors, identify and measure Key Performance Indicators, issues Affecting their success and challenges) and from this develop an action/success plan
- Oversee post-implementation onboarding and ongoing education of Customers on new releases adn how they could benefit from adopting expanded features and functionalities
- Coordination with Professional Services, Product Management and Strategy teams to deliver advice to Customers
My ultimate goal is to ensure that my customers stay on track long term and that they understand and fully utilize the capabilities of our applications.
