I am Bruno Frentzel,
International Career as Senior Executive in HR and in General Management in Global Companies.

I have worked from 1983 to 1998 in various human resources, secretary general and business reengineering positions for RJR Nabisco ( presently JTI), Avery and Alcatel Group.
Following the Berlin wall fall, I managed the organization development in Eastern Europe & CIS for RJR Nabisco participating in massive M&A programs, restructuring and turn-around of operations.
Then I joined SITA in Switzerland a company offering IT and Telecom services to the Air transport industry as Senior Vice President, human resources and information management and then was appointed Head of Commercial Operations for SITA in August 2003. In my role I had global leadership responsibility for sales and distribution of all SITA products and services provided by its 4 business units: Airport & Desktop Services, Passenger & Travel Solutions and Airline Operation and AIRCOM solutions as well as Telecom services. I was managing all sales entities distributed around the world and all solutions design and pre-sales support activities regrouped in competency centres. I also had the P&L responsibility for all business units except Telecom .
In 2010 I joined SICPA a Swiss company, global leader in security ink and traceability systems as Managing Director of the division secured traceability. In strategic leadership capacity, I was responsible for strengthening the commercial development and managing required adjustment in operations in order to manage in a more decentralized and cost effective way the business.
In 2017 I retired from SICPA and founded my investment fund Trendy Holding AG which hold shares in Fintech and digital security companies in France and in Asia. I occupy also the position of Executive Chairman of IONOSYS SAS.
A French national ,I have a master in international law from the University of Grenoble and a Diploma in political science from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Grenoble. I participated in the research program of the CEDSI (Centre d’Etudes en Défense et Sécurité Internationales).
