As Contracts Manager Ground Services, I am in charge of the Provision of Ground Handling Contracts (Passenger,Ramp,Cargo,De-icing issues, Business Class Lounges, Office lease)
SGHA IATA AHM 810, Crew Hotels and Training.
RFQ/tender, purchase order, reports, working closely with internal divisions: Procurement, Legal, Finance, using ERP Business Oracle (sourcing, PO), development of necessary parts of processes control and monitoring.
Opened destinations/ participated in RFQ contracts with Hong Kong , KL / Malaysia Ground Handlers(Ramp, Cargo, Passenger, Catering services),Tiflis/ Georgia, Samara /Russian Federation, Kazan/ Russian Federation/ Tatarstan, Seoul/South Korea, and working with current handlers in Mid East & Turkey, CIS airports and Far East, and Kazakhstan. Drafting contracts, Protocol of disagreements, official letters to the regulated State Bodies.
Reported to Vice- president Service Delivery.
