Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent (formerly Capgemini Consulting), I’ve developed my main expertise in digital supply chain operations and innovation in an international environment.
Client and result oriented, reliability is a key factor to achieve the expectations of stakeholders. As a curious and focused solution designer, I’ve developed high solving problems capabilities and new solution development.
My project and people management are based on trust and full potential development. I consider a mistake as a good step to progress. I am currently in charge of a team of 7 consultants in a main transformation government project.
I’ve worked for several industries for the last 10 years, as Automotive, Distribution, e-commerce Government administration and Retail. Moreover, I’ve spent 3 years in an Innovation department to work on the supply chain of the future. During this time,I’ve identified and sourced a large panel of European technology providers for the supply chain digitisation and co-developed innovative solutions (patent application). I took also part of the creation of the Incubator strategy for which I was Corporate Partner at the Rolling Lab of Paris & Co.
Since 2014, I am glad and honoured to share my experience in Universities as visiting professor in digital supply chain and operations excellence.
