Présentation de Laurent

Hello, I am Full professor at the University of Savoie Mont-Blanc in the field of mechanics. This activity encompasses three areas: teaching, research and work of a collective nature. For the education part, my themes are particularly mechanics and management life cycle of industrial products. For the research part, whether in the technical institute in Annecy where I made my debut or in the engineering school Polytech Annecy-Chambéry, I also developed two themes, the first theme is dedicated to modeling and characterization of the behavior of materials (mainly metals). The second, like for teaching activities, is centered around organizational aspect in industry with particular actions marked in the field of PLM (product lifecycle management). I conducted various activities of collective interest in the past (vice president in charge of relations with companies for example). I have been Director of the Laboratory Symme and vice president in charge of information systems at the University Savoie Mont Blanc from 2010 to 2018. I am now in charge of the second year of the master in advanced mechatronics.
