I am leading the digital transformation of the leading sporting goods retailer in Russia and Central Asia. I help customers to proceed to their purchases disregarding the channel of execution through seamless experience.
I’m running a team of 180 persons, dividing into 2 departments (Internet Sales & Product Development) covering 6 countries of operations (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belorussia, Poland & Denmark). My work is oriented towards 3 main topics: development of the omnichannel activities towards 30% of company’s turnover, developing seamless experiences to the customer and developing people.
I developed into this after many years in sales and marketing, in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, retail and consulting. Constantly looking after the best potential to build the N°1 omnichannel team in the industry, I’m interested by profiles of entrepreneurs who are ready to turn around a leader in offline retail into a effective seamless omnichannel retailer.
