Hi, I have more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceuticals manufacturing, acquired working for 4 big pharma in 5 different countries. I am accountable for the global Supply Chain & Strategy of a vaccine franchise representing a potential >1 b$ turn-over. This means defining & aligning the supply strategy, structuring the governance, the supply plans and delivering the execution performance. Management of a small team (8 p) and numerous stakeholders (from C-Levels to employees). Starting with a Master Degree in Biotech Engineering, I have progressively taken positions of increased responsibility in manufacturing, projects management and global roles. This mixed experience provides me a wide range of competencies, essential to manage the complexity of global supply chain. I love to put my experience in service of talent development.
