Présentation de Marc

Hello, I have been working in Shanghai, China for the past 15 years in various big/small local/international companies. I am currently a principle software engineer working on a cloud application that helps our customers manage their data center (called CloudIQ). I lead a scrum team composed of people from various horizons (French, Chinese, Irish and Indian). Over the years, when i was in a technical role, I developed competences in testing and test framework, design and development of micro-services, PAAS platform for application orchestration, databases, monitoring, incident and customer issues. I also followed a program to develop skills in data analytics and data science as our project involves Machine Learning techniques to help customers identify data center anomalies or predict future needs. Noways, i am eventually evolving in a senior role where i manage people and products, as part of Dell APEX Multi-cloud platform team. My broad vision of agile software development is key to make the team move forward into the innovation age. My passion for technologies and my ambition to make the working place a place where people want to thrive and delight of our customers is my motivation, together with working with great, talented people.
