Présentation de Philippe

Hi everyone, I am currently in charge of Research Projects at the Eclipse Foundation, the open source foundation hosting the Eclipse IDE and so many (360) other projects. After my PhD, I used to be a developer in Smalltalk then Embedded Java. Then I moved to the role of architect and finally to manager and scrum coach. With Eclipse I help projects in open sourcing their code and understand Open collaboration. Each time I accepted a new job I asked to myself : will it help me grow (: learning new things)?
