Hello,

I'm leading IT operations and projects locally, and contribute in IT OPS and Projects regionally and globally.
I manage a team of systems and network administrators, desktop administrators and technicians. work closely with other functions to facilitate their daily work, and regular projects setup. liaise with different teams locally, regionally and globally. I am responsible for all IT related tasks ,activities, assets...etc.
I create IT processes, plan IT strategy, contribute in company strategical planning.
I am responsible for facilities responsibilities that are related to IT department.

I graduated from faculty of Information technology and computing - Open University UK, and also have a grade from ITC - Arab Open University in EGYPT. I hold MBA (Masters of business admin) from ESLSCA business school - Paris. I'm PMP certified, and have many other IT, Management and soft skills certificates.
i have executed projects in Egypt, South Africa, KSA and UAE.
