I lead a team of designers who provide all print and digital creative services for an insurance carrier, its subsidiaries and customers (wholesale and agent brokers) as well as UI/UX design and analytics reporting on website projects plus plan and execute on marketing campaigns and promotions.

I spent the earlier part of my carrier as an individual contributor in roles primarily in graphic, communication and web design. I later moved on to grow and lead project teams, marketing campaigns/strategies, websites, social media properties and communities and design teams. My experience crosses both customer-based and internal company initiatives as well as national and international audiences.
